London is a plant-based paradise - home to over 160 vegan restaurants and a range of sustainable activities. If you're feeling overwhelmed with too much choice, we've got you covered:

9am: Head to vibrant Carnaby Street for a wholesome breakfast at Farm Girl. The bright and spacious café combines rustic and modern furniture, so you really feel at home. Start the day right with the carnival-coloured acai bowl: a bed of fruit bursting with flavour - complete with an edible flower, of course.

11am: Make your way to Timberland’s flagship store – a stone's throw away from breakfast – for a sustainability workshop. Learn from the pros how to upcycle fashion in these free, but limited, sessions.

12.30am: Catch the tube to Camden for a pit stop at Young Vegans Pie Shop - comfort food lovers will be in their element. Think golden puff pastry, with a piping hot ‘meaty’ interior – accompanied by velvet mash potato and thick gravy. The small shop is tucked away on Marsden Street and you'll be served by the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet.

2pm: Explore Camden’s vintage clothing markets and reduce your fashion carbon footprint. Vintage Planet is a good place to start. According to Business Insider, every year, 85% of textiles end up in the bin. You’ll be saving the planet, as well as looking good, win-win.

7pm: Can’t make your mind up on which cuisine for dinner? Try Mildred’s. This tiny building may lack personal space but makes up for it in choice. The extensive menu promises organic plant-based food, with a ‘home-from-home’ twist. Opt for the Sri Lankan sweet potato and cashew nut curry. The creamy sauce is enriched with turmeric and spices for a mild fiery kick.

8.30pm: End your night at Sanctum, the secluded 24-hour rooftop bar tucked away in Soho. The moody lighting and bubbling hot tub will help you unwind from the busy day. The terrace is laced with green shrubs and dark furniture, making it feel like your own private space.
